Biography of the Life Sciences Practice Group Leaders
Micheál Coughlan, initiator of the Life Sciences Practice Group and Group leader for Europe, has worked with a variety of organizations designing and implementing recruitment strategies for executive appointments.
The positions recently completed in life sciences and healthcare manufacturing are Human Resources Managers, International Sales Managers, Operations Managers and R&D Managers.
Micheál holds a degree in commerce from NUI Galway and a Masters in Human Resources Management from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, UCD. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Rodrigo Donoso, the Life Sciences Practice Group team leader for Americas, has worked with a variety of organizations designing and implementing recruitment strategies for executive appointments.

Rodrigo, is an economist graduate with over 10 years of experience in executive search and HR consulting. Since 2011 he is a member of the Board of Directors of InterSearch ww Ltd. Annie Fernandez, the Life Sciences Practice Group team leader for Asia, has provided executive search services for numerous Life Sciences global organizations.
Annie is the founder and owner of InterSearch Malaysia and her Professional background includes the following roles Product Manager, Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati, USA; Researcher, Egon Zehnder, Zurich, Switzerland; Consultant, Training and Development, John Clements, Manila, Philippines. She graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelors degree in Economics, Cum Laude and also holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
